Tally XML Data Import Issue : Error while Importing Excel4Tally generated XML file to Tally.ERP 9 OR Can’t Import XML file to Tally.ERP 9 OR Check Import Error in Tally OR Verify Record Import or Failed in Tally.
Solution :For all the Above Issue or Query, You can go to tally.imp file and check Import Error or check if Import was successful or not.
Tally.IMP file is log (information) file where it record successful and failed transaction (import).
How to find Tally.IMP File
Tally.imp file located under Tally.ERP 9 local folder.
Right click on Tally Icon > Properties > Open File (.exe) Location > Check for the file type “IMP file” > Open with Notepad
Go to End of File to check recent error or logs
Tally.imp file contains complete data import log with error reasons
The Tally.IMP file will be at same place where your Tally.exe file.
Open with Notepad
